Step 1:
Visit https://search.google.com/search-console/about

Step 2:
Click on Start Now
Step 3:
Choose your Gmail account
If already login into Gmail account, it will redirect directly
Pro Tip: It is good practice to user the same Gmail ID for other Google services such as Google Analytics.
Step 4:
Now select URL prefix
Give your website or Blog URL

Step 5:
Once give click on continue
